- Custom Products: Products customized according to customer specifications. Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations are not allowed due to the personalized nature of these products.
- Digital Products: Digital products, including but not limited to digital images, templates, and software. Access to digital products will be granted upon confirmation of payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not offered once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds for custom products are only available if the product arrives damaged or with manufacturing errors. Evidence of the damage or error must be provided within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement to be considered.
- All sales of digital products are final. Refunds for digital products will only be considered in cases of technical issues that prevent access or use of the product, and only if these issues cannot be resolved by the Company.
6. Limitations of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, injury or death) resulting from the use of or inability to use the materials on the Site, even if the Company or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
